Holiday Delivery Schedule: Christmas & New Year Cut-Off Dates

Dear Customer,

Thank you for supporting Rathlin Raw throughout the year. To help you plan your orders around the holidays, here is our delivery schedule based on DHL’s Christmas timetable. We use next-day delivery only, and DHL does not deliver on weekends or bank holidays, so please order early to avoid delays.

Christmas Deliveries

To receive your order before Christmas:

Place your order before 2:00 PM on Monday, 22nd December.

All orders placed before this cut-off will be collected by DHL on the same day and delivered before Christmas.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on 22nd December

DHL will collect them on:

Monday, 29th December → Delivery will take place in the following days.

No collections or deliveries take place between 23rd–28th December due to DHL downtime and holiday closures.

New Year Deliveries

Last dispatch before New Year

Monday, 29th December (order before 2:00 PM)

Orders placed before this time will be collected by DHL on 29th December, which is the first available collection day after Christmas, and delivered before the New Year.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM on 29th December

These orders will not be collected before New Year.

The next DHL collection will be on: Monday, 5th January - Delivery will take place in the following days.

There are no courier collections between 30th December and 4th January.

Shop Opening Hours Over the Holidays

The shop will be closed on:

25th December – Christmas Day
26th December – Boxing Day
1st January – New Year’s Day

All other days operate as normal.

Subscription Customers

If you have a subscription order due during the holiday period, please email
sales@rathlinraw.com and we will adjust your delivery date to make sure your pups are not left without food over the holidays.
